It is a mobile phone app that archives patient data and doctor diagnoses, thus enhancing the efficiency of monitoring the health condition.

Problem

Loss of medical documents and reports, and the inability to organize them, which results in the doctor being unable to know the patient’s health record.

Organizing documents and reports and assisting the doctor in diagnosis and decision-making, in addition to archiving medical documents and reports easily.
