Celebration of Creativity Continues: Demo Days in Sabha and Tripoli Crown Trainees' Success!
Maharah Coding School continues its remarkable journey in supporting its trainees' talents through “Demo Day” events. Sabha and Tripoli recently witnessed distinctive events celebrating the achievements of trainees in the Fullstack Web Development and Mobile App Development tracks. Sabha Demo Day: Technological Innovation Serving the Community:
On February 21, 3 teams from the Fullstack Web Development track in Sabha competed to showcase their innovative projects before a panel of expert judges which included:
- Mrs. Bushra Alhodiri
National Consultant for peacebuilding @ UNDP libya - Mr. Hassan Alshibane
Executive Manager at Al-Rawad Al-Mutahidun for Technology and Accounting Systems - Mr. Ahmed Fathallah
Representative of Nesma Company
Team “Echo success” impressed everyone with their project “GASLY” which aims to:
- Identify families and individuals in need of cooking gas cylinders according to each neighborhood in Sabha city.
- Notify each neighborhood of their allocated quota from the gas cylinder supplier company.
In the Mobile App Development track, 5 teams shone with their outstanding projects, and Team “G.P (Girls Power)” won with their project “Ma Taherish”:
- An app that gathers freelance workers (plumbers, electricians, construction workers, taxis, school buses, day laborers, farm workers, etc.).
- Helps citizens find the labor they need easily and reliably by displaying the worker's experience level based on the data in the app.
- Provides a list of workers to choose from the most suitable one.

Tripoli: Promising Projects for a Bright Future:
On February 24, Tripoli hosted the “Demo Day” event for the Fullstack Web Development group, where 6 teams presented their projects to the judging committee which included:
- Mr. Zackaria Farhat
Principal Consultant at Makman - Mr. Fares younis
Founder of Fannak - Lubna zantoti
PM specialist at Libyana PMO, Director of space 360
Team “DLK” won the admiration of the audience with their project “Little coder”:
- A website that teaches children the basics of programming to help them think logically, solve problems, and develop creative skills.
- Achieved through simple games and simplified and enjoyable teaching.
- Possibility of enabling schools to cooperate with the website with a monthly or annual subscription and providing trainers to explain and make learning fun from school.

Maharah Coding School is preparing to conclude the “Demo Day” events in Benghazi for the Mobile App Development group on March 6. We look forward to seeing our trainees' creativity in Benghazi and celebrating their achievements.
Next Step: Connecting Graduates with the Job Market:
After the “Demo Day” in Benghazi, Maharah Coding School will organize the “Job Placement Day” in April, where its graduates will have the opportunity to network with various local businesses and companies of all sizes to build promising career opportunities.
